Widespread popularization about Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term

Party members and people in Hanoi are acutely aware of the significance and importance of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the major viewpoints, guidelines and orientations stated at draft documents submitted to the Party Congresses at all levels, the 17th Hanoi Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

This is the purpose and the first requirement stated in Instruction 89-HD/BTGTU on November 6th, 2019, of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee's Commission for Popularization and Education on implementation of information and popularization work serving the Party Congresses at all levels, the 17th Hanoi Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

Also according to the Instruction, popularization activities should contribute to encourage and motivate cadres, Party members, people and armed forces of the capital to promote the spirit of patriotism, self-reliance, and great national unity strength and emulation to successfully complete the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, the resolution of the 16th Hanoi Party Congress and the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

Instruction 89-HD/BTGTU also specifies the time and contents, which are disseminated before, during and after the Party congresses at all levels, the 17th Hanoi Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress; eight measures and forms of popularization, and they are specifically assigned to relevant agencies.

Notably, the Hanoi municipal Party Committee's Commission for Popularization and Education also guides all levels and sectors to actively provide information to press agencies, promote dissemination on the mass media.

In addition, all levels and sectors should strengthen organization of discussions, reflections, exchanges, seminars and forums between leaders or party executive committees at all levels and cadres, party members and people./.
