The event will see the participation of more than 700 delegates, of whom 300 are outstanding troops with their great achievements in carrying out the “Determined to Win” emulation movement over the past five years.

The Army University held its "Determined to Win" emulation movement congress

The congress aims to review the results of the emulation and commendation and the five-year “Determined to win” movement, draw lessons learnt from organizing the movement, as well as set plans to implement the movement in the period of 2020-2025.

In addition, the congress is expected to promote information dissemination on the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, uphold patriotism and the self-resilient spirit of military units and their troops, and celebrate major holidays of the country and the military in 2020.

The congress will be an occasion to honor groups and individuals who have made outstanding achievements in implementing the “Determined to Win” emulation movement in the period of 2015-2020. It will also look to expand advanced models and good examples in the whole military.
